For fifteen years the Good Government Club of Western New York has inaugurated the political season in Western New York by honoring a prominent Italian-American office holder or public servant at its annual Saint Joseph’s Dinner. While this Dinner has gained great notoriety in its success, no person is more responsible for that success than Pasquale “Pat” Cipolla, who with his faithful companion, Donna Donahue, has chaired the Dinner throughout those years. So successful has Pat Cipolla been year after year in raising the Dinner’s success that the New York State Comptroller designated him “Chairman for Life”.
